visitors at the door yesterday

Visitors at the door yesterday gave me these. I'm not much into what they are, but if the visitors are polite, I am too. They were polite. I don't mind a quick chat with anybody.

I didn't take them up on some of the questions they asked to get me into deeper discussion. I just wanted a brief chat, then to get on with my things that day. They said they wanted to come back another day to discuss the publications. I replied, "you're welcome to try but there's really no need."

The visitors were a young man and an older woman. The man was giving off a gay vibe, lol. There is always more to things than meets the eye. I now wish I had snapped their picture. They looked fine though the woman gave me a few dour looks, more so after I winked at her once. It was involuntary. I didn't mean to do it.

  2. Oh, not fair! I used to love reading those mags when they dropped them to my wife. Since I answered the door to them and said I don't believe at all but do like the mags, they've stopped giving them! I wonder if you can read them online…

  3. Pornography Por*nog"ra*phy, n. [Gr. ? a harlot + -graphy.]"Do you like Pornography?""Yes, two please.":up:I do like the cover graphic of the other magazine. Interesting juxtaposition of age groups on a dial. Although, I think it would be better without Giant Baby.

I have no problem with pornography. One year I did most of my Christmas shopping at cduniverse's adult section. The prices are good, and they ship fast to NC unlike that whiney Bijou in Chicago. Bijou would let me get all the way to the shipping screen before I'd get a popup that said, "we don't ship to NC. Contact your state government to find out why?" I e-mailed back one time saying, "I'm buying from cduniverse. Ask yourself why and contact my state government for me."Bijou might have feared getting into a lawsuit with the Feds like the Adam and Eve adult store of Hillsborough, NC did years ago. The owner of the business was nearly bankrupted by the Feds but ultimately prevailed. He wrote a book about it:"Government Vs. Erotica: The Siege of Adam and Eve"http://business.avn.com/articles/legal/Adam-Eve-Remembers-Raid-on-25th-Anniversary-437154.htmlI'm off on a tangent again. Blogs are good for that.

Why sure! I just found the link. They work hard to provide them in your favorite format:http://www.jw.org/en/

  6. they are always polite and persistent, and return. In my work I met one of them, respected but not liked her.Because education excess hiding something bad.

  7. I used to work with a Witness. He was weird and fairly irritating but I don't know whether that was the real him or the effect of his religion upon him or some kind of response to people's reaction to his religion. If you see what I mean.

  8. The last time they came to my house, when I answered the door, I exclaimed with considerable exasperation, “I was in the middle of a rather intricate satanic worship ritual when you rang, and I’m eager to get back and finish it. How can I help you?”

Sadly, they laughed, and acted as if nothing weird had happened. After that, I had to sacrifice them.

    Now who’s laughing?

Where we are kidding with you as much as we were with them.
